Hey folks!Looks like Ian doesn't look into his git, it's normal. But let's 
support his api.php. 

For example https://github.com/ibettinger/racktables/issues/10 - in ;
Racktables 0.21.1 function getResidentRacksData renamed to 
getResidentRackIDs. So we have to rename it in api.php too. 
Ian's api.php much more simple than Xing api. And easy to support. 
Denis Ovsienko, why not to add api.php into upstream? Ian Bettinger (if you 
are still here :) - how do you think about it?

I may be wrong, but Ian never said api.php is ready for the upstream as far as 
I remember. I knew he started this work but I did not follow closely. It would 
be right if he commented on the current status first-hand.
