[racktables-users] Upgrade from 0.18.7 > 0.19.0 Fatal error

Hi,
I have tried to upgrade from version 0.18.7 to 0.19.0 but get the following
error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch() on a non-object in
/var/www/html/racktables/upgrade.php on line 943
Can anyone help me with this issue?
