Thanks for your quick answer.
The command works for me, except that I cannot go further than step 1 of 7
anymore, since the configuration checks have already been done.
Any idea how I can go around this and move on to other steps?

file. chown -R apache:apache /var/www/html/RackTables-0.21.4/wwwroot should
fix it for you. Unless CentOS runs httpd under user httpd or some other user.
The replace apache:apache with that user/group, like www-data on Debian and
co.

Any idea how to fix this without having to reinstall the whole thing?
