That would require the following things:
1. A new table, say, PICDefaults, which would be locked on the contents of
PortInterfaceCompat by means of a foreign key (with ON DELETE CASCADE option).
2. A modified "portmap" page, which would allow setting the default OIF for
each IIF.
3. Upgrade/install blocks to handle the change (translating the current
settings of DEFAULT_PORT_OIF_IDS, is possible).
