We use tags for this, our tag tree looks something like this:

Locations (root)
 |--> Country 1
        |--> City 1
               |--> Address
                      |--> Room 1
                      |--> Room 2
        |--> City 2 (child)
               |--> Address
                      |--> Room 1
 |--> Country 2
        |--> City 1
               |--> Address
                      |--> Room 1

etc...

Then we associate a rack with a room. With the implicit tags you can see the
relations with the address, city and country

Is there any such plans or support for having seperate rooms, floors or
buildings?

Personally for my needs currently would just be separate rooms.

Although I do see myself growing and generally the model should be from
the top as in; building, floor, room, row, rack.

Thanks,
Bryan
