Long time back we used a firewire one from Maxtor. The thing to remember is
to get any firewire drive with oxford 911 chipset + support multiple
concurrent logins.

More info can be found at http://oss.oracle.com/projects/firewire/

Thanks,

-Sudhi.

I am looking for a suggestion on what type of FireWire drive I should by to
configure RAC on Linux/Intel boxes. Could anyone who is already using one,
please let me know with the model, etc.

Thanks
