Dear all,
My name is Florian Semmer and I am a PhD student in the team of Pr. François
Treussart. We use nanoparticles to measure dynamics of vesicles in neurones. We
used colored center in nanodiamonds for instance . I am currently setting up a
holography-based tracking dedicated microscope. The aim is to track biological
object, labeled with nanoparticles in brain slices with good time resolution (
1kHz). I read your article about Qudi, I installed it, ran the confocal example
and it seems very interesting. Especially because it is said to be adapted to
many setup. My issue is that i spent some days trying to understand how i can
use Qudi and i think my skills in python are not good enough. I read the doc on
the GitHub but i am still very confused. May be you had the same feeling in the
first place how did you get through this ? Do you have any suggestion on where
i shoud start ? Or the core notions of python i should learn to undertstand the
software ?
Best regards.
