[qudi-dev] Changes to configuration of spectrumlogic/gui

Hello everyone,

if you are using spectrumlogic on master afer today, you need to rename the 
"odmrlogic1" connector of spectrumlogic and the "spectrumlogic1" connector of 
spectrometergui.

Also, be warned that the Pulsed 3.0 pull request will land soon.
