Unfortunately that is how it works, the input statement thinks it is at an end
of file. So if you have inputs, run from a dos shell or from windows explorer.

Subject: [pythonvis] Ed sharp and input statements
Hello I am using the version of ed sharp and python 33 and windows seven. I
configured ed sharp so that I can run the program by typing the 'control and f5
keys', and it works fine until I place an input statement into my code. For
example input ('what is todays date'). No matter what alphanumeric character I
enter I receive an error message. All of the other statements work fine but I
cannot enter data. If I go to a dos prompt and run the same program it works
fine. Can anyone assist me!!! Thanks in advance Lee
