I'm guessing its kids that wanted to have some fun, and
now the bike is
ditched someware hopefully in some back garden of a
building block
Anyway I did:
* police,
* wrote to the local newspaper
* stuck "where is my cat!?" messages on poles and walls
around the area
where the bike was taken.
