Looks good! I too had thought about building a Python out of wood, but since I had a welder, thought I would use metal instead. Your effort has renewed my interest in a test bike with plywood. I can see a bike being built out of laminates (plywoods and luan sheets), then lightened with proper removal of wood to create a lighter frame. Hole saws for radius curves, jig saws and flap sanding wheels to smooth it out, then some really nice poly finish to let all that wood grain shine!
