[python] new python web page

I whipped up a quick web page, since the photos are multiplying:

The bike still needs a few tweaks...
I did already have people stop and stare. A neighbor immediately wanted to ride
it (I helped balance her), and some kids earlier stopped playing tennis and
said "oooo - look at that bike!"
