What a very simple solution to tilting! I think it has the same tilting as a "munzo tt":

A variation could be to have one crank shorter than the other. Having the crank of the wheel nearest to the seat shorter (e.g. 5cm arm vs. a 15cm arm), enables to crank box to to be nearer to the seat. That way the bike would be more compact.
