Hi Jürgen,

So the wheel wants to fall over?
I am thinking of building a python with Ray's proposal, 54 degree pivot
and - 8 cm trail
Ah, I feel somewhat useful!
I was thinking today about the pivot, and realized that two small auto tie
rod ends from a compact car would work well. They have grease fittings and
most importantly, are length adjustable. If one was mounted to the front
frame as the top, and the other to the rear frame as the bottom (of the
center pivot) then twisting the usual turnbuckle on either would provide
easy geometry adjustment. They would not weigh too much extra and would
provide a little damping. Still an eventual wear issue, but the infinite
adjustability would be perfect for dialing in the "right" angle.
