Looks good - very good. And I envy you for the lovely spot on the seaside.
Makes even more sense to ride a recumbent when you get a guarantee for a strong
headwind nearly every day.
I started doing longer loops around home now myself and even tried a bit of
speeding downhill at >20 km/h recently (was not much of a trouble, maybe thanks
to keeping the handlebars for dampening?).
