[python] Python technical drawings/plans

Hello
I am interested in making a python bike and would like have some technical
drawings/sketches/general drawings/plans for making one.
If anyone has made drawings for Jurgens python3 or Dirk Bonne's python I
would like to request copy's of them.
I have no experience in designing frames or welding but with good drawings I
could have someone to do it.
I have worked with upright bicycles so I can complete the bike when I have a
frame.
