[python] New geometry calculator

Jürgen, (and all), I just uploaded a new version with config load and save.

It has 3 config files:
clpa.cfg -> a Schwinn Varsity
P3.cfg -> the P3
trek.cfg -> my Trek touring bike
It does help a lot to have that feature; I think I got all of the bugs out.
I notice that on my Trek, if I steepen the head angle and increase the
trail the stability should greatly improve.
Back to real work, oh well.
