I have seen dozens of you videos - you tried lots of different things, right?
Luckily the frame has no contact points when tipping - only the handlebar and
I was already thinking about some improvised wooden skids as protection before
For launching I usually balance on my two sticks with both feet on the pedals
and then try to start. The inbalance comes later ;-)
Would you advise to try to lower the seat so that my hands can reach the ground
or will this not make a difference?
Today we have snow - so most probably there will no training todayâ€¦

Congrats on the build. I would suggest wrapping the frame / seat at contact
points to protect the bike while training.
Please see the video demonstrating how to launch one pedal at a time. Rushing
the second pedal causes in balance...
