Hello Patrick, I think it won't work this way (at least what I can see from the video). You bend the upper stay. Normaly you'll use a diagonal stay, to which pressure or tension is applied (depending what spring/suspension you use). You can still connect the levers directly through the spring which anables leaning into corners. Pay attention to torsion momentum that is applied while braking. Hope this helps.
