Hi James S
I am interested to see your set up also. You can submit small photos 150kb or
less.  On my kiddie-wheel set up the wheel bearing balls sit on the inner pedal
cone and does not fit too well. The wheel cone can be used  without
modification but if the hole is big enough for the pedal axle...
Thanks,
Vi

James,All you need to use are 4 wheel bearing inner races, two on each side to
attach to the pedal hole. The tapered side on the race will self align in the
pedal hole, no extra parts/machining needed. Contact me for a photo. I have
this setup on an MBB bike and if you use it in the 90 degree you will get free
suspension.

I am planning an Ilean rear end for my existing Python. My question is about
connecting the cranks to the wheels. Rather than weld, I would like to use a
Helicoil type of device to reduce the crank hole so that it fits the wheel
axle. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Jim Wells
