[python] Re: Arm-assist pedalling

I also tried moving my arms together in pedalling motion, and got a strange 
feeling that the bike is slowing down and speeding up with the upper body 
motion, like rowing?  The article mentioned that pedalling out of phase (180 
deg) is most efficient, perhaps on a stationary bike, not sure if there is side 
effect on python...
