Yes, I would think so. I just built a Flevo out of a racebike with
Flevo-geomtrie and 60* pivot angle. It's good stearing, comparable to the
Airbike.
I would cut a wedge in the back part and drill new holes in the seat.

If the head tube angle was changed could it be made to handle like an
