You call 3 kg heavy? Each half of my python's frame weighed more than that :-).
Your design looks very interesting. Strengthwise, I'd be concerned about two
areas: the pivot joint (obviously) and the not very triangulated chainstayless
front end. Pull of the chain equals push of your leg amplified by
crank-length-to-chainring-radius ratio, which may be quite a lot.
Also, I recently saw 3D printed parts splitting like wood when loaded in an
inconvenient direction. Choose layer directions carefully.

least 3 kg - without any gluing of the joints calculated in the weight.
Yes, I guess eventually the joints should be glued into the pipes. For a
temporary assembly without gluing I will also add holes to fix the tube
with a screw.
