[pyc] pyc 0.7

pyc 0.7 is out.

Many interesting optimizations.  See the change log:

The most important change is that we try to compute the
correct stacksize of functions.  More stacksize will slow
down the vm.  Less will crash it!
Hopefully, we calculate the exact stacksize needed...
