Seems like an objective look at the current WOKE trend to become vegan and
demonize the consumption of animal products based on "Progressive" political
activist's obsession with Global warming as an existential threat! While I
would agree that CAFO type factory farming should be changed to a more
sustainable integrated system, like in Biodynamic farming, I don't agree with
the idea of creating replacement "artificial meat" based on soy, etc., in order
to eliminate the methane produced from animal husbandry, etc.!
