The Schneider 150mm APO-Symmar is probably the most
razor-sharp "normal" 4x5 lens, but there wouldn't
be a huge difference. Your Sinaron is a Rodenstock
Sironar that's been relabeled by Sinar. It should
be extremely sharp unless there's something wrong
with it (haze, fungus, got dropped on the sidewalk).

Unfortunately Zeiss hasn't made large-format lenses
for a long time. Their lenses for Hasselblad are
amazing aren't they? I've shot with a Rolleiflex
(which uses similar Zeiss glass) and I get spoiled
by the crispness and edge definition.
