Dear Uncle Dick

Extensive tests have shown Vegemite to be archival for 200 years even
in intense heat and humidity. Some believe that ancient cave drawings
were actually done with Vegemite, which would explain why they still
look pretty good after 20,000 years. The only mystery is why
confirmed carnivores like the artists of Lascaux would use a product
called Vegemite.
