Probably 1:1; I seldom used stock.
Just out of curiosity, why not develope it in C41 chems? I use Trebla brand (from CPAC) chems which come with instructions for mixing small quantities.

As an experiment, I want to develop a roll in D-76. I'm wondering what
kind of result I'll get. Has anybody tried this, colour film in B+W
