This seems to be a wonderful place, and you did a very good job of photographing the workers. They look happy. One of them is using a loom that looks a lot like mine!
It can't be easy to photograph mentally handicapped people in a way that avoids making them look strange or scary (like Diane Arbus did for instance). I like your way better.
