Hi Janet,

Always check your developing times against temperature. I prefer T-Max 
developer diluted as per instructions. Usually I run about 6 minutes @ 70 
degrees 
for Tri-X. I use a Leitz dayload Rondinax tank, which requires frequent 
rotation.
