[pure-silver] Seasoning a developer - cream without sediment

The 5-liter batch is good for some sixty or seventy rolls this way. The first ones are contrasty, but after a dozen or so it gets softer and I get those "magic" creamy tones that I'm looking for.

There was a method of getting to this point with a fresh batch of developer
by 'seasoning' it. I think the current method is a dash of CD4 color developer.

Richard should be able to shed some light here -- I think the method is/was
used in the movie industry where consistent development is key.
