One thing I saw in most of the pics that I have just gotten used to doing without is an inline themometer. The ability to be able to adjust the temp, and turn off the flow without having to adjust the hot cold valves as well as sprayers to make sure it reaches to all edges of the sink.

If you look above the right end of my sink:

there is a black box with plumbing going into the bottom, two small blue squares on the face - it is a Hass Intellifaucet D250

and it controls most of the plumbing in my sink as well as into the JOBO processor on the left of the picture. The Hass controller is the single best buy for my darkroom. Just set the dial to the temp that you want and that's it. Turn faucets on and off anytime without having to touch the controller.

The two filters in the corner of the sink - the dark one is a de-ionizer (will deionize 100 gallons) which I use for all film developers, Ciba chemistry, and final rinses. The light filter is a final filter for plumbing coming out of the Hass controller. I have, under the sink, hot and cold pre-filters for water going into the Hass temp controller.

This sink and set-up has provided me with a couple of decades of a trouble free, no sweat, darkroom. No sweat because, not only the temp controller, but the long white thing on the wall, above the timer/beaker shelf, near the ceiling, is an air conditioner. A split version with the compressor outside and the heat exchanger here on the inside. It is great during the summer and anytime when running hot color processes in the JOBO.
