I teach at www.lagunaculinaryarts.com. I'll be taking close ups of people's
hands using knives, peeling stuff, that sort of stuff. Probably have my
minolta 50mm 1.4 or 35mm 1.8
I'll be teaching so I need to meter once (or twice as the night progresses) and
just grab the camera and shoot.
