A 2" "U" of tape around the spool. The spool spine in the center of the
tape. Butt the film up to the spool side. Press the tape onto both sides of
the film. The tape is now taped to the spool and both sides of the film
end. You need to use 2" of tape. This puts about 3/4" of tape onto each
side of the film. It CANNOT slip since everything is taped together. I use
black plastic electricians tape. Easy to work with and easy to remove, even
years in a freezer later.
