Some think it's the product of the absent ozone layer.
Others think it's caused by being upside down all your life.
And yet others believe it's the re-enactment of an unkown fantasy trapped in a
time warp.
Myself I believe it's caused by the inhalation of mercury vapours given off
from dental amalagam.
There are some things in life it is better not to ask about. just play along
and no harm will come of it...
