That's a cool tool Bob.
For those going that direction, there are units still available out there.  
I can't believe my Alto is listed there for $5200 so maybe not the best source.

Kodak LVT film recorders have been used to make color and/or black and white
prints on wet process papers for the last 20 years. The most popular for
fine artists was the Saturn 16X20 LVT. As it's name implies, it could
reproduce a file on output, up to 16X20 inches. I personally have a Saturn
1010 LVT, and I can tell you without hesitation that the prints from it
rival, and many times surpass, prints made directly from negs.
