Linda,
I believe it is the same as you are aware of.
When we make a CD copy to the card, and then transfer it back to a music CD, it does indeed disappear from the card--if I am remembering rightly, and I believe I am.
Linda, the PTR2 is so much easier to use as far as playing with the files on the fly; I can delete spaces that I want to delete; I can put in a heading and delete stuff so much more easily than I ever could using the ptr1. It's in all respects a better machine, in my opinion. I cannot speak to the fast-forward and reverse issue. I just deal with whatever happens in that regard.
