Yes, I understand that you can set AM or PM. By 24-hour mode, I meant, for 
example, 13-45 instead of 1:45 PM.  This is often described as military 
time.  This is not supported in the Plextalk Pocket, not that I can see.

Yes, the Plextalk Pocket does support 24 hour time settings.  In system
settings, choose "date and time."  First it will ask you to input the
year.  Then it will ask you to input the month.  Then it will prompt
you to choose AM or PM, by pressing the left and right arrows.  After
you have made each selection, just press the enter key which is the
center key, and you are done.
