the butten that is the second one down on the left that inserts headings
also lets you remove then
although just one at a time

a note on the noise level setting
auto track marks can be great when making recordings off the radio
I set increment to 3 and usually get marks added between the articls on
the radio reading service
the noice level determines at what point the sound level has to drop
before a track mark is added and the increment determines how long the
sound has to stay down at that level

if you have already recorded the headings will remain. the thing I think
you can do is join all the sections together with an editor like Sound
Forge or Goldwave.

Will this work for both music and speech?
It's really valuable.
