Afraid I think 'for sale' items shouldn't appear here. After all, there are
lists aimed at the VI community for this purpose.
Also, whoever runs this list could possibly find themselves drawn into
disputes between sellers and buyers.

If it doesn't get too much in the way, a ptr for sale on the ptr list
wouldn't bother me any.
I'm only one opinion, of course.
But I would be bothered if we started selling laptops, braille
displays and the like.
