PRS and Windows 7

Hi,
a friend of me who bought a new PC with Windows 7 asked me, is it true that the
PRS no longer work with this OS?
And if so, will Plextalk publish an update for the PRS or an alternative
software for Windows 7 32 bit?
Or is there an alternative software similar to the PRS that runs with Windows 7?
I myself still work with XP Home and have no problem with SAPI4 voices and the
PRS.
