PRS Versus Sound Forge

Michael: The upshot is that I really can't use Sound Forge to do mkost of my editing, correct? If I have a recording of a press confernece, with sevarious passages marked using the Heading key, I have to edit this file using PRS, and divide each section into separate files using PRS, correct? So how and when does Sound Forge come into the picture? Thanks for clarifying this.
