Hi, Andre, I don't know. Can it be that whatever-you've-got as an intermediary? Why not plug in the mike to the machine? What is that "phantom" thing? Best, Pen At 01:26 PM 11/26/2008, you wrote:
Hi all This is a very strange one and I hope someone can help me here. I have a boundary microphone connected through a phantom power supply to the microphone input of the plextalk ptr2. When monitoring the recording through the headphone socket, it sounds fine. I can also get the microphone so that I get a "good" sound. The sound sounds crystal clear. When I record the sound though it is so distorted that you can make out absolutely nothing. Does anyone have any idea what the trouble could be? Regards Andre No virus found in this outgoing message.
