[pskmail] test with the 2.0.13

good evening,
I finally found some temp for testing the 2.0.13.
My setup:
- IC706MKIIG (15w)
- SignaLink SL1
- FD4
- Windows XP SP2
- Del optiplex SX280
If the first sending beacon is ok now I have a error message.
- *Message: 13 From class
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExexception Problems
with config parameter*
Now the beacon does not go into TX.
If someone has an idea I'm interested ...
