[pskmail] Re: server update to 0.8.2 alpha release

0.8.2 is now running on the WB5CON server, which has been quite nicely busy since the java client release!

To install the new server you have to run 'sudo ./libinstall.sh' in the pskmail_server-0.8.2 directory,
as a new library MIME::Lite is needed. And of course a sudo ./install.sh' is
