If you are NOT running a pskmail server because it is not available on windoze,
here is the solution.
Download the necessary files from theweb site and follow the installation
instructions...
You will get a full-fledged pskmail server with all the bells and whistles...
tested against the new jPSKmail-2.0.3 client.
This combination set a new record for the download speed (PSK500-PSK500)
of 2640 chars/minute (english text)!
