[pskmail] new server image (0.9.32) for alpha testing

A new server image is available for test, it goes together with the new alpha
client.
Main changes have to do with adding progress indicator to some of the
functions which will not work with earlier servers..
This server still outputs a 'sh syntax error: end of file unexpected' message,
still have not found the cause of this one (must be an 'echo' somewhere....).
