Well I must have messed something up here.
On 10147 Radio frequency and using Per's instructions for setting the
radio and everyone else who' volunteered information I still do not get
anything.
I ping, and monitor on another radio it appears as if it works and the
meter says I am transmitting at 100 watts.
I normally crank it back on digi modes and only run about 25 watts but I
just am trying everything here.
I beacon and nobody hears me.
I looked on WB5CON's web site and he does not list me as heard, nor does
anybody else.
Something is upside down here because I know it should work.
What is funny is I can slide down the band to about 10138 and I can hear
and work using BPSK51.
I can hear the packet loud and clear and if I had my PK232 monitoring
him I could decipher that as well.
I have been running my FLDIGI on OSS for a few years because I never
could get PortAudio to work on my other machine. So when I set this
notebook up I set it up the same. This afternoon while experimenting I
played with it on PortAudio and it seemed to work the same.
I do not think any of this has anything to do with anything because I
worked a few stations on 30 and 20 using the same machine and radio
proofing that it would work and it did fine.
So I am stumped....
