[pskmail] jittering fldigi 3.10 - 3.12.4

Some weeks ago I had a laptop 1.1 Ghz and fldigi 3.12.3 and jpskmail -win
resulted in a jittering fldigi rx. Using XP. I went to fldigi 3.10 and the
problem was solved.

Now I try to set up a laptop XP 1,4 GHz for a fellow HAM and fldigi 3.12.4
as well as 3.10 are jittering. 

Any tip?
