[pskmail] jPSKmail client and RxID...

For the jpskmail-0.5.1 client to work properly RxID must be ON during a connect.
One important item to set in fldigi is:
configuration->IDs, uncheck all items, especially 'Reception disables RSID'.
We are now having several stations on frequency with no RxID, and they are not
having
the fun they deserve :)
